Zhongsu Hengda’s industrial nitrogen generators deliver 99.99% pure nitrogen at 40m³/h, tailored for critical scenarios in glass manufacturing and coating processes to enable high-precision production quality and stable inert protection for glass products.
In coating process protection, the precise 40m³/h nitrogen output creates a tightly sealed oxygen-free inert atmosphere in the coating chamber, curbing oxidation of glass substrates and high-reactivity coating materials and eliminating impurity interference by up to 90%—effectively ensuring the film layer is dense, uniform and bubble-free, while enhancing the adhesion and scratch resistance of the coated glass surface.
