1. All equipment will be checked and tested before shipment to ensure they operate well.
2. Our engineers will provide the installation guide, debug and application training.
Engineers will conduct professional training to the stuff, including the principle of equipment, structure and function, the routine maintenance, the use of plant and solutions. Trainings enable the user's staff to have the ability of independent operation, maintenance and trouble shooting.
3. Hengda provide 24 hours hotline support. Engineers will response within 1 hours once received response from user.
4. Hengda provide guarantees for the equipment in 12 months. During the warranty period, any defects, faults and damage caused by our design, craftsmanship, manufacturing or material defects and any other issue caused by our company shall be handled by us without any charge. And out of the warranty period, we continue to provide service.
5. Hengda maintains adequate spare parts inventory in the types of user’s equipment, and provides user with the concessions supply of accessories and free technical advisory services.
6.Terms of on- site service for Zhongsu Hengda Equipment (Optional)
A. Goods supplied by ZHONGSU HENGDA were already adjusted to the parameters listed in the sales contract before delivery.
B. If the customer requires the on-site supervision, installation instruction/guidance, commissioning or training service from ZHONGSU HENGDA and/or its sub-vendor(s), an official requirement letter should be submitted and ZHONGSU HENGDA should send at least one after-sales service engineer to customer jobsite for such kinds of service.
C. Customer should afford service fee which will be charged by ZHONGSU HENGDA for supervising, installation guidance, training and commissioning service on site. ZHONGSU HENGDA should send after-sales service engineer to customer’s jobsite within one month (at most, the time depends on period for getting Visa application approved and the work schedules of ZHONGSU HENGDA/Sub-vendors’ after-sales engineers.) after receiving the basic service fee from the customer. The basic service fee will be quoted by the sales staff for you. (Included) of on-site service for ZHONGSU HENGDA engineer(s) (Rate of service fee for ZHONGSU HENGDA Sub-vendors shall be as Sub-vendors’ service policy and will be quoted to customer when requested and necessary). The duration/days are calculated from the date when the engineer(s) leave(s) China to the date when the engineer(s) arrive(s) in China after completion of such on-site service.
