Zhongsu Hengda’s HDFD99.999-600 premium nitrogen generation system is professionally designed for sheet metal laser cutting, lithium battery manufacturing, precision electronics, SMT assembly and PCB precision machining. Providing continuous nitrogen at 99.999% (5N) purity and 40Nm³/h flow rate, it builds a pure inert atmosphere to protect products from oxidation and contamination.
Built with high-grade carbon molecular sieves and multi-stage purification, the machine maintains oxygen content under 10ppm. Intelligent PLC control and real-time purity monitoring enable 24/7 stable on-site gas supply. Compared with liquid nitrogen and high-pressure cylinders, this on-site nitrogen generator greatly reduces operational costs and avoids potential logistics risks.
