PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Zhongsu Hengda oxygen generator adopts advanced pressure swing adsorption technology.
Pressure swing adsorption oxygen production plant employs purified compressed air as raw material. Utilizing high-quality zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent, it separates oxygen from the air under specific pressure conditions. The process relies on pressure adsorption and depressurization desorption cycles within the adsorbent bed. Due to aerodynamic effects, nitrogen diffuses much faster than oxygen within the pores of the zeolite molecular sieve. As a result, nitrogen is preferentially adsorbed by the sieve, while oxygen is enriched in the gas phase to produce the final oxygen product. Subsequently, the adsorbent is regenerated by depressurizing to atmospheric pressure, releasing the adsorbed nitrogen and other impurities.
