PSA( Pressure Swing Adsorption) is an advanced gas separation technology, based on the physical adsorption of the internal surface in the adsorbent to gas molecules, separating the gas by the characteristics of absorbing to the quantity of different gas in general pressure. The CMS (Carbon Molecular Sieve) is a sorbent picked up from the air, used in separating Oxygen and Nitrogen molecular. The absorption quantity of CMS is greatly higher for Oxygen than Nitrogen under the same pressure.
Compared with the ordinary PSA nitrogen generator, the biggest feature of ‘Zhongsu Hengda’ cabinet van box type nitrogen generator is that it is easy to move; Compact equipment design, small footprint; No additional equipment room, no installation, no debugging, plug and play, can save the equipment infrastructure time and assembly time and related high costs, quickly put into use. Still using pressure swing adsorption technology, the flow range of the trailer nitrogen generator is 1-500Nm3/h. The oxygen booster compressor of ‘Zhongsu Hengda’ is generally divided into high pressure oxygen booster compressor and medium and low pressure oxygen booster compressor. High-pressure oxygen booster compressor is generally used for oxygen filling system (oxygen charging station), and low-pressure oxygen booster compressor is generally used for ready-to-use oxygen generator system.

It consists of four parts: refrigeration compressor, condenser, evaporator and expansion valve.
