What are the components of the complete nitrogen production system ?

Zhongsu Hengda complete nitrogen production system  includes air compressor, air dryer, air filter, nitrogen generator, nitrogen booster, nitrogen storage tank and so on. In addition, in order to meet the actual situation of different industries and different sites, Zhongsu Hengda can also configure bacteria removal filter, custom trailer type, container type (with fan/air conditioning, with generator, with insulation, with lighting), intelligent control system for customers.

1.Air compressor

It can input raw material air for the complete system.

The exhaust pressure is recommended at 0.5-0.8MPa, which should not be too high or too low.

The oil content of the compressed air excluded should not exceed 10ppm.

2.Compressed air treatment system

The compressed air is removed from water, oil, dust and other processes to prevent impurities from entering the nitrogen main engine part, affecting the service life of the molecular sieve.

(If properly maintained, the service life of the molecular sieve is 8-10 years. However, if impurities enter, they will be seriously affected)

Remove water can be equipped with Refrigerated Air Dryer

If the site humidity is high, or the industry requirements can be configured adsorption dryer.

For the removal of impurities, different types of multistage filters with different filtration accuracy can be selected for processing. (Zhongsu Hengda for customers to configure C/T/A three-stage filter, can ensure that the oil content is less than 0.001ppm)

3.Nitrogen generator (nitrogen main engine part)

Through pressure swing adsorption technology, the air raw materials and finished nitrogen are filtered and purified layer by layer in the process of nitrogen production to ensure that the finished nitrogen produced meets the technical requirements. The equipment is automatically controlled by PLC system, and no special person is required to be on duty.

4.Nitrogen Booster

If the customer needs the finished nitrogen outlet pressure is high, the booster should be configured to pressurize the nitrogen. (Generally need to fill the bottle or transport a long distance and special industries.)

5.Nitrogen storage tank

It can be used to store nitrogen to ensure continuous and stable nitrogen output in the complete nitrogen production system.

6.Remote control system(Can be Selected)

It can remotely monitor the operation of the nitrogen production system, and remotely debug, start and stop and upgrade the nitrogen production system.
