In terms of energy consumption: prefer models with variable-frequency compressors, as they can save 20%-30% of electricity compared to the same oxygen production capacity. Regarding wear parts: confirm the replacement cycle of the molecular sieve (usually 8,000-12,000 hours) and the replacement cost, to avoid using expensive monopolized consumables; confirm whether the price of the filter element is transparent and easy to purchase (changed every 3-6 months).
The after-sales service is even more important. Hospital oxygen supply is a major issue. Check whether the manufacturer provides "regular inspection services" (such as quarterly on-site testing of purity and pressure), to avoid equipment damage due to improper maintenance. In case of equipment failure, the manufacturer should be able to provide remote guidance within 2 hours and on-site repair within 4-8 hours.
