Container Type PSA Nitrogen Generator
In order to meet the needs of our customers and avoid the limitations of nitrogen generator to the site, "Zhongsu Hengda" launched container type nitrogen generator on the basis of the original nitrogen generator. Pressure swing adsorption technology is still used, and the flow range of containerized nitrogen generator is 1-500Nm3/h. Customized according to customer needs, can be installed generator, air conditioning, fan, etc., can also be customized single door, double door, side door, internal door, etc., to meet customer needs.
Square ammonia decomposition hydrogen production unit
Zhongsu Hengda hydrogen plant used ammonia decomposition technology, consist of decomposition machine,purifier and electric control system. Through these two system, it come out clean 25% nitrogen and 75% hydrogen. The mixed gas is mainly used as protection atmosphere in metal heat treatment, electronics, powder metallurgy reduction, sintering, chemistry industry and ceramics etc. If needing pure hydrogen, we can add a PSA system to get the high purity ≥99.999%.

Zhongsu Hengda hydrogen plant used ammonia decomposition technology, consist of decomposition machine,purifier and electric control system. Through these two system, it come out clean 25% nitrogen and 75% hydrogen. Angular Full oil-free high pressure nitrogen booster compressor

Vertical Full Oil-Free High Pressure Nitrogen Booster Compressor - Zhongsu Hengda
The nitrogen booster compressor, employed by "Zhongsu Hengda," serves the purpose of pressurizing and facilitating the transportation or storage of nitrogen. Its primary applications include filling nitrogen cylinders with pressurized gas and conducting nitrogen pressure leakage tests on pipelines, among others. With a remarkable capacity, this compressor can achieve a maximum filling pressure of 40MPA. Based on the cooling technique employed, it is classified into two types: air cooling and water cooling.
Refrigerated Air Dryer
Working principle:dryer
Use the refrigerant to exchange heat with the compressed air to lower the temperature of the compressed air to a dew point temperature in the range of 2 to 10°C.According to the cooling method of the condenser, the cold dryer is divided into two types: air-cooled type and water-cooled type. It consists of four parts: refrigeration compressor, condenser, evaporator and expansion valve.
Air Storage Tanks
When the compressor compresses the air to a certain pressure, it is delivered to the air storage tank.When the stored compressed air needs to be used, the air flows out from the air storage tank, and is transported to the required equipment or system through the discharge valve and pipeline. At the same time, when the compressed air in the air storage tank exceeds the set safety pressure, the safety valve will automatically open to release excess compressed air to avoid the danger of overload or explosion of the air storage tank.
Activated Carbon Filter
It can filter oil mist and hydrocarbons as small as 0.01um, and the lowest residual oil content is only 0.003ppm.
Widely used in food, medicine, electronics, chemical industry, industrial waste water and other industries.
Air Filter
C-Class Main Line Filter:Used after the air compressor or before the refrigerated dryer, it can filter out solid particles above 3um and a large amount of liquid, and achieve the lowest residual oil content of only 5ppm.



T-Class Filter:Also known as air line filter.Used before the A-grade filters, it can filter out liquid and solid particles as small as 1um, and achieve the lowest residual oil content of only 0.5ppm.



A-Class Filter:Also known as ultra-high efficiency oil removal filter.Used after the refrigerated dryer, it can filter out liquid and solid particles as small as 0.01um, and the lowest residual oil content is only 0.001ppm.
