Bosses Should Also Have a Human Touch

I have a wonderful boss named Wang Xiuping. She is a lively and outgoing woman born in the 1970s and runs two gas purification companies. Like many other bosses, she has also been pushed into the internet by the post-2000s generation, shooting product introductions and funny skits. Even when she blushes from the heat, she still remembers to promote her products. Her playful demeanor is more lively than that of a post-2000s like me. She also buys us milk tea, shares snacks, and helps us relieve our troubles. When getting along with her, there is no sense of distance between superiors and subordinates. When encountering a boss like Xiuping, it feels like going to work is not just about dealing with a job, but more like moving forward with a group of friends. When she is out on business, we stay at the company, feeling very at ease - knowing that she is thinking of us, we also don't want her efforts to go to waste. Such a connection is probably the most precious luck for a worker.
